If you are interested in booking a party with Mr. C, please fill out the below form completely. After the form has been submitted, Mr. C will review the booking information requested to determine availability. If Mr. C is available, on the date you submitted, you will receive a availability confirmation via e-mail. A $50.00 non-refund-able deposit will be required at that time. You will also receive options and instructions on how to pay the $50.00 non-refund-able deposit. The deposit will be subtracted from the total amount due.
